2. Following strategies or resources are planned for addressing them,
   - Constantly upskilling
   - Tracking the changing market for understanding emerging markets for better career scope.
   - Working for organizations working in high growth markets.
3. The significance of my graduate studies in my work holds very little significance. The exact knowledge of the Graduate work is not directly used in the work but the methods, processes through which we went is helping me in tackling the situations at the workplace. Hence, The process that I went through is of more importance than the sheer coursework.
