Student Initially the student has to be grown into a good ,competent responsible and empathetic professional He or she has to be professionally competent by the approach of self   discipline and maintaining integrity. He or she should have certain goal or distinct   future plan so that student can be a successful professional. For that she has to carry out all assigned duties in a very timely manner, and also in a dignified way. And above all she should be honest as a student, and should abide by the discipline and rules of that particular institute as well as the society he belongs. As a budding professional she should be helpful to her fellow students and have respect for her co students or co workers.

RN Day to day experience of many ethical issue is quite common throughout the nursing professional ‘s career. So basically the RN should follow rather abide by the said rule of ethics or the 4 tenets of ethics. They are 1. autonomy… RN should always respect patients autonomy or freedom of decision or control over patients own body during giving patient care 2 Justice….To give justice or fairness to the patient by all means 3 Non Maleficens Not to do any harm to the patient 4.Beneficence means doing all good to the patient with utmost care in all situations These stragies should be adopted. For own professional growth one should be guided by strict values or principle so that the patient is benefited most.

RN .Insertion of hands on ethical training process in their continuing education system,e,g education through participation in  conference,publications, intermittent training,workshop etc.
