1. Mr. Nelson aged 48 yrs (male).

He diagnosed with the myocardial infraction in May 2016. then he had a second heart attack in November 2019. Then he had undergone a Percutaneous coronary angioplasty (PTCA) in November 2019.

2. Yes, his father has died in a Heart attack.

3. He is taking

Aspirin 150 mg, once a day.

Clopitab (Clopidogrel) 75 mg once a day.

Atorvastatin 80mg once a day.

GTN Sorbitrate - (Nitroglycerin 2.6 mg ) 12 hourly

Aldactone 50 mg once a day

4. He is now very carefull about health.

He is doing light exercise regularly. he avoids doing heavy work.
