I interviewed a client with hypertension.

My client is a 56 yr old male suffering from hypertension since 6 year. It's been 6 year since he was diagnosed with hypertension. He didn't have any family history of cardiac disease . Client is on Telmisartan group of drug of 40 mg.

Patient is advised to take 1 tablet O.D. everyday.

Cardiac condition is an emergency condition and should be tackled early and efficiently .any sort of negligence may lead to Major complications and can be fatal.

Me as a health practionner provided the information he should not miss his pills he should take it on regular basis. He should continuously get his blood pressure checked. He should also avoid morning walk in winter.it increase the risk of heart attack.he must immediately report to the doctor in case of chest pain or dizziness.
