HR MANAGERS HAVE LINE, STAFF, AND IMPLIED AUTHORITY WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES. BY VIRTUE OF THEIR POER, THE HR MANAGERS HAVE LINE AUTHORITY OVER THEIR EMPLOYEES. THEY CONSULT WITH HR STAFF WHILE RECRUITING NEW EMPLOYEES AND PREPARES POLICIES FOR THAT. MANAGERS CAN ALSO PROVIDE SUGGESTIONS AND OPINIONS TO THEIR EMPLOYEES WHICH MAKES THE AUTHORITY AS STAFF AUTHORITY WITH LINE AUTHORITY. THEY ALSO HAVE AN IMPLIED AUTHORITY IN THE SENSE THAT THEY HAVE AN UNOFFICIAL POWER TO THINK IN THE INTEREST OF COMPANY IN ALL PERSONNEL'S ISSUES. SO THEY HAVE TO RESOLVE THE FOR THE COMPANY.
