In this we need to find the expected frequencies

The expected frequencies are supported by the claim that same number of babies are born each season

So out oof total of 952 babies if we expect same number of babies to be born each season then the number of babies each season would be 952/4=238.

So the table is as follows

Spring 221 238
Summer 289 238
Fall 210 238

Hence above table gives all the expected frequencies.
