the reaction will proceed spontaneously to the right if there is a high concentration of fructose 1,6-bisphosphate relative to the concentration of products.

When ΔG is negative, a process will proceed forward spontaneously and will be exergonic and when ΔG is positive, the process is endergonic and spontaneous in the reverse direction. Any change in the initial concentrations of the reactants or products will affect ΔG. High concentration of reactant molecules or low concentration of product molecules can favor a chemical reaction in the direction of products.
