1. The business environment trends impact the operation of the enterprises and the various departments in the firm. HR department has observed changes due to a change in trends in a continuous manner. The first change is an increase in competition. The competition for high salaried jobs and efficient jobs has increased between the different candidates. Moreover, at least ten candidates fight for a single post. It clearly shows the increased competition. The second trend is the adoption of technology and analytics. The candidates prefer the companies which use technology and data-based software. It helps the individuals to grow and develop their skills. The last trend is the increasing leadership qualities requirements. Companies need leaders and not managers. Hence, the trend of appointing leaders has changed.

2. The primary factor that influences the most is the adoption of new technology. The companies that have set up the operations for more than 20-30 years are redundant to adopt new innovative technology. It is because they focus on criticizing rather than adopting the technology. It also leads to less recruitment and hiring of younger employees.

3. HR managers should focus on the newer methods to attract young and active employees. The managers should also keep track of changing trends of the environment. An HR manager should act as a leader and take necessary measures to hire the correct set of candidates. Hence, the responsibility changes with a change in trend.
