1.Mobile phone customers can be considered.To avoid brand issues we shall maintain the name the brand as X and operation system as Glory system.The customers will be curious to get the details about the stuff.Also the popularity that the company shall provide will make a sense for adoption of data analysis among the mass.As per the quality of the stuff as per market issues the puschase rates will be regulated.

2.a.The analysis can be done from forecasting analysis data of related products.

b.The customer data should be kept in access based on purchase and categories under the nature of commodity under the institution or firm itself for more customer reliability and to avoid market competition and imitations of products or services .

Adopting or replacing to a new telephone system shall be more accurate for data transformation through telephone as per the customer reviews and complaints will be circulated through telephone.The decision should be made appropriate according to the present system and the future after the adoption of new system.

b.The stake holders shall reach the reliable person for providing reviews and posting complaints and acquiring results or answers.
