Example of gene flow in prokaryotes-when antibiotics resistant gene is transferred from one species to another species of bacteria by conjugation or transformation or transduction, new antibiotics resistant species form . So this gene flow cause formation of new species.

Gene flow of eukaryotes mean transfer of genome from parents to offspring so same Gene's are passing on and thus prevents new species formation.
