z = \frac{x-\mu}{\sigma}

P(2<x<4) =P(z < \frac{4-3.5}{1})-P(z < \frac{2-3.5}{1})

=P(z < 0.5)-P(z < -1.5)

=0.6915-0.0668

=0.6247\approx 0.625 ans.
