As we know E, symbol χ, is a concept that describes the tendency of an atom to attract a shared pair of electrons (or electron density) towards itself.

F is the most electronegative element and higher the electronegative difference , higher is the polarity.

C-F has electronegative difference so it the more polar and those elements having high Electronegativity carry partial negative charge.

F is the negative pole.
