Answer: (d) answer is correct.

explanation:

A buffer solution is one which resist the changes of pH , on addition of small amount of acid or base.

However, In the problem , NaOH base is added ,so upto a level , which means buffer capacity , there shouldn't be any change in the pH , and after that, when all the acids were neutralize,then there is increase of base concentration , as base concentration increases , the pOH should decrese and subsequently, pH should increase upto a level. And after certain amount of time , pH of solution becomes constant.

Based on above facts , the (d) option showing the corresponding results. And therefore it should be correct.
