Which of the following equations best describes the relationship between vectors A, B, and C? I am not all the way sure how to solve this. Can you please also explain why you picked the answer you did at the end. Thanks!

Answer is:

A = B + C

By the rule of vector addition, the vectors to be added are joined tail to head (here B and C) and the resultant (A) is resultant is the vector beginning from the tail of the first vector (B) and joined to the head of the second vector(C).
