a) Organic acid and alkylene oxides may react with each other and hence may not be stored together.

b) Petroleum oils and alkylene oxides can be stored in the same storage area as they do not much react and hence there is a lower risk.

c) Caustics are mainly basic in nature, they may react with the ketone to give aldol product. Hence it is advisable not to store these chemicals together.
