Most people working in organizations belong to various groups at the same time - some at work, some in the community and some in the family. Distinguish the different types of groups in an organization.

organizations that have such varied working structures have working people, while others at work and some in the community or with their family. The need for the group makes the manpower be further divided into a subgroup like the Primary, Formal, Secondary and Informal group ways. This makes it:

• Formal group of the people in the organiozati0on that they are doing in the business with objectives and task allocated ways. This makes the tasks and workflow based on specifics which are as and how the process is controlled and is needed. This is when the people are seen in the formal group style. The IT that has specific objectives of serving the IT needs is for an example an ideal for the formal group.

• The Informal group can be created without any functional links as the group is just for the sake of each other’s company. This can be the factory cafeteria where the two functional role gets together to make the informal group.

• Secondary group is a group where the people can get together in one space which may be for specific reason where unrelated people can be there. For an example, a rock concert would get people from various parts of life that are unrelated but came together for the concert is such a group of secondary group nature. This is a bit informal in nature of its appeal.

• Primary group is the people which are specifically been spoken to or about. A family can be a primary set of people that an employee reacts or the works that they react with. This means the one that are in interactions in close net as in the family or at the job role. So the values, culture, behavior are key that keeps it together.
