step 2:get the needed information from the sources
step3:What kind of data needed that must be extraced

step5:then analysis and report the data

for example if we want gather the all school information in the world first we identify the all available sources where the contain school information.in sources lot of data found we identify where school data only then extract only school information and identify main points then after analysis the school information
