Lactate + NAD+ ----------> Pyruvate + NADH + H+

\DeltaE0' = Standard Reduction Potential of \Delta E0' (reduction half reaction) - Standard Reduction Potential of \Delta E0' (oxidation half cell).

Here NAD+ undergoing reduction and lactate is undergoing oxidation.

\DeltaE0'of overall reaction =    [\DeltaE0' for (NAD+ to NADH + H+)] - [\DeltaE0' for pyruvate to lactate]

                                     =-0.32-(-0.19) = -0.32+0.19=-0.13V.

\DeltaE0'of overall reaction=-0.13 Volts.
