The reaction of succinate to fumarate happens in the following way:

Succinate + FAD ------> Fumarate + FADH2.

Hence in the above reactions there are two reactions:

1. Succinate ------>. Fumarate which is the oxidation half reaction and it's Eoxd = +0.03

2. FAD ------> FADH2 which is the reduction half reaction and it's E red = - 0.18

To calculate the deltaE = Ered - Eoxd = -0.18-0.03

Delta E = -0.21V.
