1. Step one enzyme is Citrate synthase

2. Step two enzyme is aconitase

3. Step three enzyme is isocitrate dehydrogenase

4. Step four enzyme is alpha ketoglutarate dehydrogenase

5. Step five enzyme is succinyl CoA synthase

6. Step six enzyme is succinate dehydrogenase

7. Step seven enzyme is fumarate hydratase

8. Step eight enzyme is malate dehydrogenase

These are the different steps in Citric acid cycle. It occurs in matrix of mitochondria. It is also called as Krebs cycle.
