perception of influence-

Perception is interpretation of stimuli it may be people, events or things. It is important to recognize because it is the driving force behind our reaction to things.

"Perception of influence related to employees joining trade unions are directly affect the mindset of employees, behavior, interestand their expectations. It is works like driving force behind our reactions. "

Heredity, needs and peer of group influence the perception.

Desired and Difficulties of influencing conditions-

  1. Sense of security

The employees want the effective way to secure adequate protection from various types of hazards and income insecurity. It is desired when companies provide these securities.

Ex. accident, injury, illness, unemployment, etc

2) Sense of belongingness

Some employees joins a union because their co-workers are the member of union and On the other hand, those who are members of a union feel that they gain respect in the eyes of their fellow workers. It is desired when workers and union members work in harmony environment.

3) Greater bargaining power

The individual employee possesses very little bargaining power as compared to that of his employer. If they not satisfied with the wage and other conditions of employment, he can leave the job. It delighted when employees and employers are give their full effort without discrimination.

4) Minimize discrimination

The decisions regarding pay, work, transfer, promotion, etc. are highly subjective and it may be part of discrimination. It is better when HR work without discrimination.

A labor union is an organization that acts as an intermediary between its members and the business that employs them. It beneficial to business and workers to work in harmonious environment.

Expectations about union-

Expectations from trade union is work a role in safeguarding employees from any form of discrimination or harassment in organisations. It solve the dispute with Employers and workers and play a role for fairwork. Employees need to work in good environment, fair treatment and salary.

When a person think about high quality on-the-job performance, they really thinking about a range of expected job outcomes, such as-

1) What type goods and services should the job produce?

2) What impact should the work have on the organization?

3) How do you expect the employee to act with clients, colleagues, and supervisors?

4) What are the organizational values the employee must demonstrate?

5) What are the processes, methods, or means the employee is expected to use?
