In the 2-D gel electrophoresis the seperation of protiens and other biomolecules on the basis of their size and the charge b/c in this technique we use the electic charge to move the biomolecules on side of opposite charge.Havier move less towards the well(present in electrophresis mechine) but lighter molecule move far or reach more near to well from the point of origin.

So the D option is correct.
