Do you think texting, emailing, or posting personal information online increases your sense of belonging according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, or does this leave you feeling more isolated? Have you reached what Maslow called "self-actualization" ?

Answer- Yes, I think texting, emailing, or posting personal information online increases our sense of belonging according to maslow's hierarchy of needs. We post different things which are personal and are close to our heart on social media and we share it with our friends on social media. We think people would also see it and acknowledge it and feel good about it. We feel that people on social media care about us.

If we text or email to our friends who are physically very far from us then we share our personal information and our friends also respond to our messages in a desired manner. Thus, we get a satisfactory response through our mails and messages. Thus, we feel that there are people who would listen to our problems and queries when we are in need. Thus, it increases our sense of belonging.

I think I have still not reached the stage of self actualization because I am still in a learning stage and in the process of discovering myself.
