Reducing the organizational waste and improving on environmental record requires massive changes that needs to be undergone by the poeple. So, focusing towards the change is very tedious without proper knowledge on the process. To make the change, the process change is essential and everyone should be well trained on the changes and technology that has been used to implement the change. Everyone in the organization should commit themselves to learn on the changes such as changing process, technology, etc. and move forward towards the change.
