The primitive response to the emotions may be of many kinds like hurt, confused, anger, fear, surprise and embarrassment. The emotions that are primitive are designed for survival and the rest are derived on the basis of the same. The activities that may attract such condition are heart rate, respiration, blood pressure and serum cholesterol. The response like Fight or flight gets the emotions like rapid heartbeats, blood pressure and high emotions in the people.
