Aroma therapy is a holistic healing therapy or treatment uses natural aromas to improve the health some times it is called essential oil therapy it medically improve the welbeing of mind ,spirit and body.it improves the emotional and physical health. Aromatherapy works through the senseof smell and sking absorption using products like,clay masks, hot and cold compresses,facial steamers,body oils,creams,lotions, bathing salts,inhalares,aromatic spritzer,diffusers we can use these products induvidualy or the combinations also.
