Sarah's claim was illegal because her car was repossesed because of failure of payment. Since the drivers of the debators were unable to catch her car for repossession, as one of the drivers found the car at mall parking and towed the car for repossession. Since this was the responsibility of the driver, he can do the task whenever he gets the car. That's why the claim of Sarah was baseless. The job the driver did was absolutely correct becaused he seized the car for payment defaulter and not for wrong parking.
