Question

How to calculate propagation uncertianty for Period T? My uncertianty for time measurment is +/- 0.2s and and +/- 0.005cm for length uncertianty. Here is some of the data:

Trial Length (cm) Time (s) Oscillations 1 1 5.00+ 0.05 10.2 0.2 18 2 5.00 + 0.05 10.1 +0.2 18 3 5.00 +0.05 10.2 + 0.2 18 4 6.

I counted the number of oscillations the pendulum made in 10s.

Answer #1

Here, we have At = 0.2 sec AL=0.005 cm. AT = So, AT = JC2+} +(02)2 =$(0.2)2+(0.005) AT = 0.205) Calculating for 10 oscillatio
