1) The disease condition my family members have are :-

Hypertension

Diabetes

Heart disease

Tongue cancer

Asthma

2) Yes my uncle from dad's side has heart disease . No one died of these common chronic illness

3) My grandparent ( mom's mother ) has died hypertension , she does used to eat the medications at time and was alone . One day she had severe headache and vomiting as she has subarachnoid hemorrhage due to increased hypertension .

My grandparent ( mom's father ) died of late stage tongue cancer which was diagnosed at its last stage and he was put on palliative care

4) As we say we learn from experience , my family members are conscious about their disease condition mostly the hereditary ones. They take their medications as prescribed ,does regular follow up with the physician , have a healthy diet and involves in physical activity .
