What lessons did each family member learn about maintaining health? 3. a) heart disease - one of my family member died due to arteriosclerosis. His chloesterol levels were high and so he had a heart attack.

b) colon cancer- he died as his cancer got metastasized and affected the brain.

c) stroke - he was a chain smoker. And after almost 18 years of quitting, he had a stroke.

4. These conditions were like a shock to the family.

5. The lessons we learnt were to have a balanced diet and to excercise daily to keep the body healthy.
