By video conferencing, The meeting person can meet with audio visual and discuss meeting agendas online. They do not have to worry about social distancing and violating of any government law related to COVID-19.

Video conferencing is easy to use, not expensive and bring more than 50 people in the room simultaneously. Meeting partners can use ZOOM, skype, google video etc. This medium will smoothly run the annual general meeting without meeting in person and complying with government guidelines and restrictions.
