The main legal issues in the health care are related to medical negligence, informed consent and confidentiality. Some of the common issues are;

1. Antitrust issues and accountable care organisations;The health team consists of doctors, nurses and other paramedical professionals. So, they are designed to collaborate with each other toprovide efficient care.So, certain laws are put forwarded to work together for the quality patient care.
