Leadership Philosophy

Write a two-page paper identifying your personal leadership philosophy based on your new perspective of leadership from theories, textbook/article/videos, and other influencers that you have learned throughout that may have changed or expanded your draft personal leadership philosophy.

Leadership is not only about ordering anything to the subordinates and finalize the result, leadership is about to find out the best ever possible solution for any task in an effective and efficient way and gather more knowledge about the task to be performed, allocate the subordinates effectively so that the result should be more accurate and useful.

Leader should be admirable to all, understand each situation and work accordingly, attitudes, principles and behaviour should be clearly defined to all. There should be open and respectful collaboration among the members of the group. The words of the leader should encourage every member to their best, thought of the leader should make every thing possible which seems to be impossible. Leader should listen carefully, try to understand every situation, leverage the experience, skills and talents of other members of the group, leader should lead the learning mindset and growth, respond in every challenging and tough situation in a positive way.

A successful leadership is that style which collaborate the whole work culture and working with the employees in a very smooth and productive way.

By the new perspective of the leadership, leader should firstly start with understanding the leader lead and manage themselves. Leader have to control their emotions and actions, there will be an effective influencing power with positive aspects, there should be no lack of clarity in any step of the leader. For some people leader act as a role model so leader should establish a positive and better example of being role model. For example, Dr A P J Abdul Kalam is role of many of the youngsters and this is because of his work, positive attitude, down to earth nature, helpful aspects.

Leadership should have to base upon future orientation, so that effective and efficient planning can be done accordingly. All the above aspects of leadership expanded my draft personal leadership philosophy.
