1)Under the social welfare program, the representative of the committee can run a scholarship program for good students, which creates no problem in their further education.

In this also, children who are poor and come from backward class,given more incentives for them and less incentives for children who are a little richer.

2) Inequality can be increased through this program. When the number of rich students benefitting form it ill be more and the number of poor students will be less.

3)Students of the rich section will be included in the program in the school, then this may increase the inquality and when the students of poor families are benefited, they will reduce the inequality.Children and girls from poor sections should promote more by providing them basic necessities.
