• As age increases our brain undergoes changes that may have minor effects on our memory of thinking skills for example healthy older adult might forget familiar names of word or they may find it more difficult to multitask.
• With age sexual needs and performance Might change. For women vaginal dryness can make sexasex uncomfortable and for men impotence might become a concern.
• Behaviour was also remain important in older age.
• Strength training to maintain muscles mass and good nutrition can both help to preserve cognitive function ,delay dependency and reverse frailty.
