Biological concept of species says that organisms belonging to same species interbreed(reproduce)with individuals of that population.Absence of interbreed among individuals says that they belongs to different species.

Similarility in apperance doesn't mean they belongs to same species.

9) Option 3 is the answer.

Both species entered into similar kind of environment(convergent evolution),where there is no light,so need to use eyes ,so eyes lost their function.Also no need to protect their body from harmful rays from Sun light,so pigmentation is also lost.
