The job application forms should be written with a proper disclaimer, as it is the vital point taken from the side of the candidate as consent. The consent makes the employer validate with written notes that applicants will fulfill all the rules and regulations. The disclaimer includes basic terms and conditions, the applicants give their consent that they will abide rules as per the company instructions. The disclaimer gives assurance to the employer that all the information mentioned by a particular candidate in the job application is true to the best of knowledge. In addition, it highlights that if the information is found to be false then the immediate termination can be done from the service.

Some important disclaimer to be mentioned in the job applications are as stated below:

1.   The information mentioned by me in the job application is genuine as per my knowledge. If it is found to be wrong at any stage of the employment process, it may result in immediate discharge from the services.

2. I understand that this particular job application remains active for thirty days once it is made available to the employer. Within the thirty days, if I do not consider employment from the employer side then it will be necessary for me to reapply for the same after thirty days period is over with a new job application form.

3. If I am hired by this organization, then I will fully follow the terms and conditions of the organization. The employer will reserve the right to terminate with or without notice to me. However, I cannot resign without any notice as a minimum of thirty days notice period serving is mandatory to all hired employees. Otherwise, as an employee, I will not get the relieving letter or experience certificate from the organization side.

The job application form should contain these disclaimers because when a candidate is applying for a job such type of disclaimers are required on the employer’s side to validate the authenticity and to make acknowledge about certain rules to the applicants. The applicants should know the basic criteria of hiring and must aware of themselves before applying. Otherwise, without knowing and putting wrong information may affect their career and the employers may face hassle to figure out genuine applicants who are actually interested to take work challenges.
