As given that current in wire to right and increasing with time.so magnetic field due to this wire is in the plane. Now according to lenz law, loop will oppose the change in magnetic field or flux . So magnetic field due to loop should be opposite to the magnetic field due to wire . Then magnetic field due to loop is out of the plane . So induce emf will be in the direction of counter clockwise.

So obtion B is correct.
