Answer #1

The Energy Equation and Bernoulli's Equation both works in common principle like conservation of Kinetic, Potential and flow Energy of Fluid stream. The flow is considered as steady flow in both equation.

Bernoulli's Equation :

a)Bernoulli's Equation is mainly used in fluid mechanics for flow of liquid from one point to other point and viscous force are negligible.

b)The bernoulli's equation is like relation between Pressure , Velocity and Elevation of fluid from one point to other.

c)The flow will be considered as steady and incompressible in bernoulli's Equation. This equation cannot be used if there is any temperature change due to heating or cooling effect.

Energy Equation :

d)The Energy Equation also works in Conservation of Energy principle. The Energy can neither be created or destroyed only it can be converted from one form to other.

e)The Energy Equation is used in flow of fluid which also have work done by Pump, Turbine ,fan or if there is any device which disrupts the flow of fluid and also carry out Energy(Heat) transfer between the fluid.

f) In order to account for Heat loss, Shaft Work, Pump work Energy equation is used in thermodynamics. This also works in steady flow principle.
