X_{L} = 43.5 \Omega

impedance Z = \sqrt{R^{2}+\left ( X_{L}-X_{C} \right )^{2}}

Z = \sqrt{\left ( 35.6\Omega \right )^{2}+\left ( 43.5 \Omega -29.3 \Omega \right )^{2}}

Z = 38.3 \Omega

Phase angle is Tan \Phi = \left ( \frac{X_{L}-X_{C}}{R} \right )

Tan \Phi = \left ( \frac{43.5 \Omega -29.3 \Omega }{35.6 \Omega } \right )

Tan \Phi =0.39887

\Phi =Tan^{-1}\left (0.39887 \right )

\Phi =21.7^{o}
