The critical values are , t_{df,\alpha/2}=t_{9,0.05/2}=\pm 2.262

The decision rule is ,

Reject Ho , if t-stat>2.262 or t-stat<-2.262 , otherwise retain reject Ho

The test statistic is ,

t_{stat}=\frac{\bar{X_1}-\bar{X_2}}{S_{\bar{X_1}-\bar{X_2}}}=\frac{20-15}{2.5}=2.00

Decision : Here , t-stat=2.00<2.262

Therefore , retain the null hypothesis
