ELISA ( Enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay) - it is antigen - antibody interaction which can detected by use of enzyme like peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase which give particular colour.

it can used for identification of species , detection of disease or many other things by detection of antigen.

Ans A) If ELISA result of meat appear blue colour it indicate ELISA positive while if it appear colourless or clear then it indicate ELISA negative result. It means not it is not perticular species which was suspect .

Ans B) Antibody is glycoprotein which detect particular antigen then bind to it . In the case of ELISA antibody play same role it detect anitgen of interest for microbes or particular species after binding with antigen.
