A. The standard zone sizes by Kirby Bauer method for organism Klebsiella against antibiotic cefotaxime are given.
The zone has to be minimum 14 mm or more for organisms to be classified as Susceptible.

B. If the technician inoculated high inoculum than needed for the test, there will be heavy growth on the plate and the organism will give false resistant test. That is to say a sensitive organism will also give smaller zone than expected.
