Canvas, Blackboard collaborate and Moodle which are used in higher education. The educator must

then ascertain whether the learning management system under consideration can meet the

learning needs of the educators and learners involved. Finally, based on the learning management

system features, and the needs of both the educator and students, select the most suitable learning

platform for delivering the online course.
