Yes they can. Yes they will. I agree that before making any decision, you still have the option of asking others for their thoughts. It should be justification enough that people do not make emotionally driven decisions.

Unless someone has not consulted on a certain matter that may impact the entire company and the problem is urgent, the decision he or she makes is more likely to be hurried. It will lead to either anxiety or nervousness. We also know that we have certain feelings that involve satisfaction when working with a customer that will help the company.
