Answer #1

\lambda = h / mv

where

v is a function of 1/n

where n is orbit number

so,

\lambda is a direct function of n. This means as we go up from ground state, \lambda increase

for example - The de - Broglie wavelength associated with the electron in the n=4 level is four times the de - Broglie wavelength in the ground state

so,

option (3) is fine !!
