One of the most important things about society is that it is always attracted towards the external beauty rather than the inner characters. This would mean that the society is increasingly becoming pleasure oriented and people look for attractive physical outlook in others. One of the most important contributors for this attitude in the society is media. All the celebrities and people who act in the advertisements are portrayed as beautiful and physically attractive in terms of shape and size. Thus, it not only motivates people to avoid people who do not carry such physical characteristics but also strive to achieve such physical features themselves leading to more health issues. One of the most important implications of this attitude is that people lose their physical attractiveness at one point but people who are beautiful inside remain the same throughout their life. Secondly, when the desire or attraction is bored, people would look to switch to another but people who are attractive from within would remain loyal and respect the relationship no matter what the circumstances are. Finally, this attitude leads to lots of bullying and discrimination in schools, colleges, workplaces and even in the society.
