The correct answer is Jennifer and Dad are AO, Mom and Megan are OO. Because given that mom and Megan has type O blood, so their genotype has to be OO. Given, Dad and Jennifer has type A blood, so their genotype can either be AA or AO. As child Megan's genotype is OO, her one O is inherited from mother and another O is inherited from father. So, dad has to be AO. And Jennifer is also AO because her A is inherited from dad and O inherited from her mom.
