Here is the answer,

In tip to tail method we will place a vector tip to the tail of another (The new vector starts from the tail of another vector, angle remains unchanged. origin only will be the tail of previous vector)

8 (10,-2) 6 4 2 Resultant (4,3) -6 -4 -2 2 6 8 10 e -2 (9,-6) (-3+15) -6 (-12,-1)

Resultant vector is (4,3)

To verify this,

Add all vectors manually,

(9,-6)+(-12,-1)-(3,-15)+5(2,-1) = (9-12-3+10, -6-1+15-5) = (4, 3)
