QUESTION:

Thousands of people have lost their life and our economy has been devasted by the Corona virus disease. As we fight to survive this crisis most businesses have been forced to close and millions of people have lost their jobs and income.

How do we rise up and survive this crisis? Post one or two ideas that may help someone (economically or emotionally) stay positive and survive these next couple of months

ANSWER:

1. Mental and emotional health is most important, I recommend taking just 30 minutes a day or every other day to just reflect on life. Use a quiet space look inward and reflect on healthy ideas thinking of positive ways to improve your situation.
2. Come up with a plan to get past this pandemic. Set realistic goals you can achieve tracking them for each week and month. This could help with any family matters or financial goals you might have but haven’t been able to get around to doing because you were busy with life.

The corona virus no doubt has caused many million of people across the globe death which is unrecoverable .It is having major impact on our livelihood , society , Economic ,mental health ect etc . According to me it is happening in the history of mankind what we are facing .To rise up from this crisis for next couple of month I would suggest the following

• First of all , make yourself safe by taking all the precautions announced by the govt. in respective countries like maintaining social distancing , wearing mask , stay in isolation etc .This will atleast ensure that you are safe and you can see the life post covid otherwise you wont be able to see anything if you die so stay safe first of all and all other who are around you make them aware .
• Mental stability is very important in this lockdown , so make sure that you spend your time wisely by making a proper schedule .
• Help those who are in need like who lost thier job , dont have food to eat , dont have money to buy help them this will make you satisifed as a human
• find job from work from home .which will provide you with oppotunity of income and wisely manage your time in lockdown period
• Learn new skill like guitar , piano .I am also learning music instrument guitar it help in keeping you fresh and sound .
• Learn skill to make your social life more enhance after lockdown
• Treat your family the best way you could.
• Read books because they provide direction and path to succeed . self help books are best for this .
